Global City Route Index
A first comparable route set for New York, Paris, and Barcelona. Every row publishes a real named sequence, rounded walking effort, the route's elevation direction, access caveats, and the official sources that can change the day.

Measurement boundary
Useful evidence without pretending to be live navigation.
The route sequence, distance, pure walking time, and elevation direction are editorial planning measurements. They are rounded and versioned so cities can be compared with the same fields.
The GeoJSON follows representative pedestrian corridors between the named anchors. It is not a live routing response, closure report, accessible-path certification, or instruction to ignore local signs and official guidance.
Visit duration, ticket queues, transit waiting, heat, rain, crowding, construction, and the return journey are excluded. Every city page links the official sources needed to check those moving parts before committing.
