Use the park and pier as the center of the route, with waterfront cafés and the promenade close enough to keep the first part of the day unhurried.

A northbound Bosphorus route from Bebek Park to Rumeli Hisarı, with Aşiyan treated as a real hillside detour rather than a flat waterfront stop.
Step-free continuity has not been verified end to end. Pavement width, crossings, temporary works, and the fortress approach should be checked locally.
The route is exposed to Bosphorus wind and rain with limited shelter between anchors.
Walking estimates exclude stops, queues, closures and time inside places.
The route follows one clear northbound direction, keeps the shoreline leg contiguous, and finishes at a landmark instead of requiring a return to Bebek Park.

Beşiktaş or Kabataş: Use current surface transit to the official Bebek stop, then begin at Bebek Park. Road traffic can change arrival time; the walking estimate begins only at the park.
Asian side: Cross by ferry to Beşiktaş, then continue to Bebek by current surface transit. The ferry and onward leg must be planned as separate timetable-dependent segments.
Rumeli Hisarı finish: End north of Bebek and use current nearby transit for the return. The published route does not include the return journey.
Use the measured 1.8 km waterfront route from Bebek Park to Rumeli Hisarı, or add Aşiyan as a deliberate 2.5 km hillside variant.

Aşiyan adds a museum stop above the shore. Check current opening information and account for the climb instead of treating it as a flat waterfront detour.

The northbound waterfront direction leads toward Rumeli Hisarı. Decide in advance whether the day is a short Bebek visit or a longer Bosphorus walk.

Bebek is a Bosphorus neighborhood on Istanbul’s European side, between Arnavutköy and Rumeli Hisarı within the Beşiktaş district.
Bebek is best suited to a waterfront walk, a slower café stop, and a route that uses the Bosphorus shore rather than crossing the city between unrelated sights.
They can share a Bosphorus-side day, but they are not adjacent stops. Compare the shore connection and current transport time before deciding how much to include between them.
