Terms of Use

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Using Navly

Navly helps you research places, compare routes, and organize trip plans. You may use the app for personal, lawful travel planning and for the content you are authorized to provide.

Keep your account information accurate and protect the credentials used to access your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Plans and purchases

Some Navly features are available through free access, one-time passes, or auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, billing period, access period, and renewal terms shown in the app at purchase apply to that transaction.

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription management and cancellation are handled in your Apple account. A subscription renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain rights to the content you submit to Navly. You give Navly the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and sync that content so the requested features work.

Do not use Navly to break the law, infringe another person's rights, abuse third-party services, interfere with the service, or submit malicious code or content. Navly may restrict access when necessary to protect people, the service, or its providers.

Travel information

Maps, routes, availability, prices, opening hours, and other travel information can change. Navly provides planning assistance, not a guarantee that a route, reservation, provider, or recommendation is available, accurate, safe, or suitable for your situation. Confirm important details with the relevant provider before you travel.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Navly changes. The current version is available at this address. If you have a question, contact us at hi@navly.tr.
