Help improve Navly

Last updated: October 2, 2026

You decide whether product-usage data linked by a private analytics identifier may be used to improve Navly. This setting is off by default and can be changed at any time.

What changes when you turn it on

Navly may use interaction signals linked through a private analytics identifier—such as features opened, actions completed, app version, device type, performance, and error diagnostics—to understand what works and improve trip suggestions, route planning, and product reliability.

A server-only mapping connects your account to this identifier so we can measure unique users and return visits. Reports exclude your account email and authentication ID. Raw events are retained for up to 90 days; the identifier remains until you turn sharing off or delete your account. We do not use it for advertising or sell this information.

What is not included

This optional improvement setting does not include your chat messages, trip names or itinerary content, uploaded documents, precise location, contacts, payment information, or account credentials.

Avoid placing passwords, payment details, health information, or other highly sensitive personal information in any product or support message.

When you turn it off

New measurements stop. The private identifier and its stored raw events are deleted when your preference is saved. Deleting your account also removes them. If you enable sharing again, a new identifier is created.

Service operation and safety

Regardless of this setting, Navly may process limited technical data needed to provide the service, secure your account, prevent abuse, comply with law, and diagnose failures. This operational processing is separate from optional product improvement.

Your control

You can change this choice at any time in Navly under Settings → Privacy → Help improve Navly. The new choice is saved to your account.
